$160 per couple - A deliciously inspiring 3 course meal prepared by Chef Jorge Alvarado of Temecula Royal Crown. Includes a bottle of any wine on the menu.
Salad:
Roasted beet salad - Organic baby arugula, roasted beets, red onion, roasted walnuts, tossed in a citrus honey Chardonnay finished with goat cheese
Entree of their choice:
Atlantic salmon crusted blue crab.
OR
6oz. Fillet mignon drizzled with shiitake mushroom Demi glaze.
Accompanied by manchego mashed potato and lemon pepper seasonal vegetables.
Dessert:
Heat Grand Marnier Chocolate mousse cake drizzled with French style chocolate Grenache and chef choice garnish
